  • 10 cherries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 talespoon plain yogurt
  • 5 wallnuts
  • 118 ml orange juice
  • seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, …)
  • Few ice cubes



Deseed the cherries. Mix all together in blender and blend until smooth.
