- 10 cherries
- 1 banana
- 2 talespoon plain yogurt
- 5 wallnuts
- 118 ml orange juice
- seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, …)
- Few ice cubes
Deseed the cherries. Mix all together in blender and blend until smooth.
