  • Avoid combinations where food is sweeter than wine. In this case, even so sweet wine can taste bitter. This is very important when serving deserts. If we don’t have enough sweet wine, serve the wine right after the desert and not with the dessert.
  • On the end of festive meal offer a good digestive, like brandy or cognac.

White wines are served in glasses with tulip form, that are a little wider at the bottom and narrower at the top. The stalk is slightly longer, so wine does not get warm in your hands.
