  • 1 stick of celery
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 ripe of avocado
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • chunk of ginger, chopped
  • 118 ml apple juice
  • Few ice cubes

Instructions

First blend all vegetables, then add apple juice and blend until smooth.

Refreshing green smoothie, which is tasty and super healthy. It is great just before workout, because it definitely wakes you up.

  • 2 handful of spinach
  • 2 slices of melon
  • handful of fresh mint
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 118 ml apple juice
  • 2 table spoon plain yogurt
  • Few ice cubes

Instructions

First blend the spinach, then add everything else. Blend together and mix until smooth.
