Not only protein, avocado is also a great source of healthy fats, which increase the level of HDL cholesterol in the blood, which protects us against free radicals and prevents diabetes, lowers LDL cholesterol level is detrimental to the body.

One of the healing effects of avocado is, that it contains many carotenoids, which body converts into vitamin A, and protect eye health, strengthen the immune system and allow the proper functioning of the reproductive system. A unique combination of vitamins C and E, carotenoids, selenium, zinc, phytosterols and omega-3 fatty acids is extremely effective protection against infections.

So in your menu do not forget the avocado, which you can eat in salad, cheese, pasta attachment, and so on. Of course, the most healthy as possible is unprocessed fresh avocado.
