  • 1 banana
  • 5 strawberries
  • handful of raspberries
  • 4 pineapple slices
  • 118 ml orange juice
  • Few ice cubes


Throw everything in a blender and mix until smooth.

Great smoothie for breakfast, when you have a long day ahead of you. It is a real slow release energy booster with complex carbs.

  • Handful of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 118 ml apple juice
  • 2 table spoons of plain yogurt
  • 1 table spoon muesli
  • Few ice cubes


All ingredients mix in a blender until smooth.
